Disliked: I booked a king suite with what was supposed to be a spa tub, and even though it was the room it didn’t work. Also I booked with y’all for the pool and that also was shit down. I feel like I paid a price that I shouldn’t have paid since the reason for booking that specific room didn’t work

Great employees.

Liked: Check-in was easy. We had 2 rooms. My granddaughter forgot her air pod in the bed. We called the front desk and asked if they had found it. They went and checked the room and found it for us. They put it in the safe for us to pick up on our way back from vacation. We very much appreciate all their help and hospitality

Disliked: Housekeeping knocking on door as early as 8:30 am when checkout is at 11. The deposit for incidentals was $100 per night versus the $100 we’ve been used to paying at IHG hotels for past few years. It was explained to us that incidents occurred which demanded that fee, and that the hotel is privately owned, so owners can do whatever they want to. At no point, was this $100 per night fee advertised. Thot was unethical and underhanded. I had to ask if we would get our points and had to provide membership number in order to get them. Otherwise, they would not have been applied to our account. First time that happened, too.
