Liked: Excellent pool! Warm, clean, inviting. Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. Staff was fantastic and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Parking was secure and underground. Great location near Tulalip lights and the mall. Couldn’t ask for more really. And they have fresh cookies!Very very glad the shampoos and soaps didn’t contain any nuts or coconut since my son is allergic. That was rare and nice!
Disliked: I guess I would prefer a super sensitive hypoallergenic detergent for sheets and all, but that’s not realistic for a hotel these days. It was fine for everyone else. Oh, and the hot tub wasn’t performing quite right. It pumped in cold water when we turned on the jets and it was very heavy chemical smelling so we didn’t use it.

Liked: It was clean, the room was spacious, the shuttle to the casino was super convenient, and loved the 80s paming bar across the parking lot!
Disliked: Nothing negative to say!

Liked: Beds are always super comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom shower area was kinda dirty. Looked like mold on the ceiling. No pen or paper anywhere and the coffee pot thing was new since I last stayed at a Holiday Inn Express

Liked: Only thing I noticed that is room temperature wasn’t stable. I felt hot and try to lower the heat still was not stable.
