TOTAL COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE. GREAT...

Liked: BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! ALSO, HAPPY THAT YOU OFFERED A SHUTTLE TO THE CASINO. ALSO, WE HAD A NICE EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOTEL STAFF AS THEY RECOMMENDED THE TASTY KOREA HOUSE WHICH WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED. WE ALWAYS STAY HERE AND LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING IN THE FUTURE. THE BEDS AND PILLOWS ARE A 10+ IN MY OPINION.
Disliked: BATHROOM COULD HAVE A MAKE UP MIRROR. THAT'S ABOUT ALL I CAN THINK OF.

Liked: Clean towels, sheets and vacuumed with great Breakfast served every morning and all lighting well maintained. Plus friendly staff!
Disliked: The toilet flushed well, however it kept running, a bit throughout the night. We should have mentioned, however, we were too busy to tell the front desk. Awe well we enjoyed our trip so no worries.

Liked: Very clean. Breakfast was great!! Every hotel should have the pancake maker. Coffee was the best!! Again, every hotel should have a coffee maker that grinds and brews fresh coffee. Staff was also very friendly. I dealt most with Elena. She was very friendly and helpful!
