Old hotel that was remodeled...
Liked: Close to expressway and restaurants. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Lobby was freezing as outside door closing module was broken and propane torpedo heater was blasting non stop. It felt obvious this was an old hotel that was recently remodeled but still felt old. Bathroom had constant bad odor and felt dirty. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

eat, poop, sleep, repeat.
Liked: I liked that the staff were very kind. The night guy at that booked me in was able to answer all my questions and he even gave me a booklet. The staff that cleans gave me a much-needed toothpaste bottle that I forgot to pack. and the cooking/cleaning staff was kind in the morning during breakfast.
Disliked: The location was behind Lowes, with no other way to get to the hotel.

Do better
Liked: Some staff were nice. Shout out to Christian and the house keeping.
Disliked: The manager never let the general manager know that we were in need of commucating complaints about the hotels inaccessible pool. We were not let known about the problems with the pool at check in. We were unable to get reimbursement for having to use outside amenities due to the pool being out of service. We tried multiple attempts to speak with proper management about our issues. Management seemed constantly unavailable.
