Disliked: StaffWe agreed for late checkout at 12. There staff entered the room at 11 without knocking and im naked. Never i heard Her say sorry and I walked out the roomGoing home shes at the door outside still waiting nevee said sorry so rude.

Disliked: I asked for late checkout in which the front desk agreed. At our surprised the cleaner went in to our room and Im naked without knocking and never said sorry. They also charged additional aside from the room fee which they said it was just a deposit however never they credit back to my account.
