All my needs were taken...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. I wasn't expecting five star meal, I met my needs. I end up in being taken to Hot Springs emergency hospital becacause of health scarce. The staff at the motel took care of getting me to the hospital. I was very thankful!!
Disliked: I was very thankful for the attention of the staff to take of my emergency needs!! I was in critical need, and they took good care oof me!!!

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful...fresh and a good variety of foods. The pool was very clean and tidy. The hotel was very clean overall. The hostess was very friendly and courteous. Thank you!
Disliked: Our room had dispensers with lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Wonderful set up and good quality product, but the hand soap and body wash were empty.

Liked: Breakfast was the only positive.
Disliked: We selected this hotel because of the indoor pool. It’s my 10 year olds birthday and he wanted to swim. So we reserved a room based on the description. Only to get there and find out that the pool was closed for renovation. My son was devastated. The floor in our room was saturated. This is all after standing at the desk for a half hour with a sign that said “we have stepped away, be back shortly”.
