Liked: The location. Close to a lot of retail, gas stations, restaurants, etcThe staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room was in disrepair, mold in the shower, one hanger (had to ask at the desk and she gave us two random cheap hangers).The floor was coming apart, the hanger on the bathroom door was falling off, there was a weird stain on one of the pillow cases. So disappointing for a Holiday Inn Express. I’ve always trusted this chain but this was extremely disappointing.

Disliked: Staff was extreme rude to me when I called to confirm my reservation. Staff hung up on me and told me to “Fuck off” when I asked if she wanted my reference number from booking website

Polite staff. Clean room. Good...

Liked: Front desk staff both at check-in and check-out were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Disliked: The television only got three channels. The clerk offered to move my room, but the room I checked out only got four channels. No one on property was able to fix it, so I had a long night with no television, no books, etc. When I mentioned it to the general manager upon checkout, she stated "Well, that's just how it is." Had I known that, I would have stayed somewhere else. She did deduct $40 off of my bill, which I appreciated. But the TV reception issue needs to be fixed for the comfort of the guests.
