We wished we had booked...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Our bedspreads were stained. The bathroom had hair everywhere. The counter didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The pillows smelled like other people. We could hear people talking in the hall and our neighbors tv through the walls. Too many guests used multiple parking spaces. We like to have never found a place to park.

Avoid at all costs.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: The room cleanliness as atrocious. There were toe-nail clippings on the floor next to the bed and there was a used syringe near the head of the bed. Housekeeping is clearly lacking. Unacceptable.Noise coming into the room was poor as well. Had a first floor room and the noise from the lobby was evident throughout the evening, night, and morning. Overall a very bad experience with this particular Holiday Inn Express. I won't be back, and will most likely never stay at a Holiday Inn again, anywhere.

Not clean, no regulatory action...

Liked: The hotel was very near our event site which is why we chose this hotel.
Disliked: There was a very loud room underneath ours that was up all night partying and although I made regular trips to appeal to the night manager to do something about it, nothing changed. I didn’t sleep a wink and will apply for a full refund. Also- the hotel had not been cleaned. Everything was in chaos re: cleanliness.

Liked: There was no one onsite when I arrived at the hotel. Staff member had gone out for food and I had too wait 30 minutes until dhecame back in order to check in.

Liked: It was clean and a good location. Breakfast was better than I expected. Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Air conditioner was not on when we got there and when we turned it on it smelled very mildew smelling
