Liked: room 316very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The tv channel changer did not work properly and they fixed it. I was disappointed the treadmill in the gym was out of order. Very convenient location and really enjoyed our stay.I would stay at another Holiday Inn if it was up to this standard
Disliked: Only disappointment was the treadmill was out of order and no butter offered for breakfast

Good Stay!

Liked: Overall, everything is good. The staff was very courteous, and check-in and check-out were very easy.
Disliked: The only issue was that the guests above us were walking around. We could feel the footsteps, which interrupted our sleep. This is not the fault of the hotel.

An unclean hotel

Liked: Except the size of the room (double queen suite), free parking, and the location, nothing was good about the property.
Disliked: The smell of the room and mold in the bathroom. Shower head was the worst among all the hotels we’ve stayed with in the past few years. Not hotel standards. It’s worse than a motel I would say. I don’t know where they got the 8.2 rating on Books.com

Disliked: Floor in the room with sticky, room stunk, and there was food scattered around the place. I went down and told the manager and was given a free soda as a consellation.
