Friendly attentive staff, comfortable room, housekeeping staff were impeccable...came to see Prince at The Forum, very convenient and enjoyable! Great comfort and great price, thanks to Tracy at the front desk for taking care of us!

Liked: Location - ease to get to airport early morning
Disliked: The hotel corridors had a very strong smell of marijuana, it was overwhelming. The laundry faculty was very expensive, as was the parking. Breakfast was very basic and reception staff were not very friendly or engaging. Would not stay here again.

Liked: The hotel is really clean! Also didn’t not pressure us to leave right at 12.
Disliked: I called and asked if we could do our check in an hour before the time, and the front desk agreed and told us to come in at the timing we ask. When we got there the lady at the front desk told us they wouldn’t be able to give us the room earlier anymore and said she wasn’t even sure if we would get our room by 3 because they needed their break. After waiting for over an hour in the lobby and it being past 3, we asked again about our room and they said it wasn’t ready but they would find us another room instead of the one we booked.

Good option for short stay

Liked: A good thing is that they offer breakfast in the hotel, which many US hotels aren’t offering. They offer parking options at the parking house accross the street for extra fee.
Disliked: Signange was absent or I was struggling a bit to understand where is the main entrance to the hotel.
