Exceptional

Liked: I think we've found our favorite place to stay when we come visit family in Longmont. The hotel was quiet and clean. The bed was a little too soft for us, but it was still nice. The pool was the best one we've found in Longmont! The grandkids loved the waterslide!

Mold in bathroom

Disliked: The bathroom in our room had mold spots all over it. It was gross and not healthy to breathe I am sure , we checked out after only a couple of hours in our room, and we let the front desk know and showed them the pictures. The lady behind the counter was very friendly, and she said she would let her manager know so they could refund our money. I also emailed the manager and sent pictures. All the manager said was she was sorry and that they hoped we would come back again!! Wow really!
