We were made to feel welcomed and treated first class by all we came into contact. Probably one of the nicer Express facilities we've stayed in. Besides big foot we had no bad vibes about our stay. After the concert ended we were back in our room within 25 minutes. That’s phenomenal.

Liked: Staff; location and the facility itself was very nice.
Disliked: The guest next door had a very heavy walk.

Where I stayed while attending...

Liked: I liked how comfortable the bed was extremely comfortable. I liked the feel of the towels as well.
Disliked: So that did not seem like a king sized bed, water pressure for the shower could have been a lot better. Also include the convenience fee while I'm booking. So I don't show up and have to run to atm. Maybe extend pool hours longer. I understand the desire to not have drunk people drown. Lastly I feel that breakfast should go till at least 11. I didn't have time to enjoy it.

Liked: The hotel was in a nice area and the hotel itself was very nice and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel offers some nice extra amenities that we appreciated during our stay.
Disliked: Once thing that would have been nice is if they offered a shuttle bus to Keenland during the racing months. That would be a very nice addition to our stay.
