Liked: I was charged with three different charges over 100$ even days after i checked out they were still charging my bank account multiple times and every time i would call about them they would say they could see them on there end

Liked: Breakfast is good, nothing special but it works for two days.General services are above my expectatives
Disliked: I have asked for the invoice many times in the last two months. I need it to get a reimbursement. Two months later, many messages using the booking service and private mail haven't received any communication from the hotel. That is not admissible.

Room itself was nice but...

Liked: Room was set up nicely, well organized
Disliked: Keys didn’t work well with door lock.Noise traveled too easily into room from hallway and room above.

Liked: The check in clerk was awesome very accommodating we had a issue with our receipt and she worked to make sure it would be ok
Disliked: Tried to book through the front desk was told there were no vacancies but I was seeing rooms on booking.com. I booked through the app and later learned my employer preferred not to use the app and needed a separate receipts for each employee. The check in clerk said it could be fixed but when we checked out the clerk then was unhelpful saying she couldn’t do it. After several hours the next week with booking.com the clerk on duty sent me the receipts as needed. That should have been done at checkout

Would probably stay again

Liked: Very clean and updated. Great water pressure. Good breakfast.
Disliked: No hot tub. Charged an extra $20 for parking. Too pricey.
