Liked: The staff was very informative.I would like to give a big shout out to Riqii at the front desk. She did a great job helping me and her personality is terrific.

Liked: The location and property are very good. We stay here every year. Our family enjoys the pool and breakfast. The staff is usually very friendly.
Disliked: Towels were thin and torn.. Everyone was waiting in the crowded lobby to check in which was unorganized and an hour later than 3:00. The man at the desk did not know his job and was rude. But the other staff members working there were trying their best to fix the situation. The pub was not open until dinner so people could not wait there.

Dirty and blood stains

Disliked: They did not do a good job cleaning and replenishing linens. We chose this hotel for the location, the pool and spa, and because we try to use Holiday Inn for most of the time when traveling. When we asked for towels, they would give 2 only, and they did not always have washclothes.. We used the hit tub and pool New Years Eve, and there were no towels. The dirty basket was overflowing. The next day, when we went back around 10, it was exactly the same way. The lady day of our visit when we were ensuring we didn't forget anything, we pulled back the blankets, and the fitted sheet popped off. The mattress cover had blood spots in several areas, and it definitely had never been washed. That is very serious. Room 208. When my husband went to the desk and showed the pictures to the girl at the desk, she said the mgr was not there yet. We left a 1/2 hour later at 10 am on 1/2/2025, and there still was no mgr. The girl at the desk said they would reach out to me by email, but they did not.
