Superb

Great value, very nice experience!...

Liked: Clean, spacious, modern, friendly staff, expansive breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The shower gel and shampoo/conditioner are bolted to the shower wall in a dispenser which makes it impossible to use them for a bath without having to stand up. Also no fan in the bathroom which was weird.

Nice hotel but rude staff...

Liked: The bed and shower were nice
Disliked: The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude the entire time and had an attitude, then told me I had to wait an hour and a half for my room that I had booked. When I asked if I could have any form of compensation because we had to just wait around for an hour and a half that I was paying for, she at first told me no, then told me her General Manager would call me to speak about it. I have yet to receive any calls or texts. To top it all off I was the only one out of my entire group that didn’t receive a welcome bag with water, snacks, ect., yet I paid for one of the most expensive rooms there, and paid 50% more than the rest of my group.
