Hotel is very clean and beautiful. I will be staying here more for my Las Cruces traveling.

Not what we were hoping...

Liked: Room was spacious, breakfast was excellent, staff was attentive and kind, crib was available with sheets.
Disliked: Design wasn't thoughtful: window blocked by sign, no padding under carpet, insufficient sound barriers between floors. Maintenance was overdue: needed repainting, wood paneling was loose, gaps around doors, tub was cracked, AC rattled. Cleaning was insufficient: floor dirty around edges.

Great stay

Liked: We liked everything. The breakfast is outstanding versus other hotels. The breakfast staff are courteous and on the ball. The front desk service was great. The housekeeping staff were friendly and ready to supply whatever was needed. The towels etc were good quality and softer than other places. That can be a thing. Softer is better. You could pay less elsewhere. But the potential risk isn't with the bucks. Been there, done that. This was the second time we've used your location. Overall, we're very pleased.
Disliked: Just one thing. You're texting service for any needs I may have. I received no response when I asked for something. That surprised me as usually it's reliable the few times I'd used it prior.
