Hotel is very clean and beautiful. I will be staying here more for my Las Cruces traveling.

Liked: Staff was very nice. Location is great. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Pull out couch in a king suite was very disappointing for the price I paid. Air conditioning unit was really loud.

Liked: The location is nice and is clean. The rooms are spacious.
Disliked: The pillows were horrible, it was very hard to get comfortable enough to sleep. It cause a lot of neck pain.

Liked: Breakfast good and coffee available all day excellent
Disliked: bathroom was dirty and needs deep cleaning...mold was seen in corners of bath/shower and needs to be sealed with silicone. Walls in need of paint and holes in sheetrock. Under chair in bedroom not vacuumed or cleaned in sometime.

Liked: Staff are really nice.. the room was comfortable & I enjoyed my stay but could use improvement in the cleanliness
Disliked: Unfortunately arriving we couldn’t check in until 30 min after check in time because staff called in and they were short handed (no fault of staff and staff did apologize) & others were there complaining as well. The hotel had a very strong odor of Clorox down hall way.. The Holiday Inn isn’t as clean or kept as it use to be. Also, Check out was at 12 and they came after 10 am ready to clean but I let them know we were still there.
