Liked: Most comfortable bed and pillows I could ever want. VERY CLEAN and front desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Horrible Weekend Visit for our...

Liked: The breakfast in the morning was good. The location was convenient.
Disliked: They gave me the wrong room. Our family had to squeeze into one room because the second room was not available. They didn't have hot water for 2 days. We found bugs in the room ie ants spiders. Management was not onsite to help with complaints or concerns. Very disappointed over all with the circumstances of our visit.

Liked: My kids liked the sofa bed, bc they had never seen one before.
Disliked: The sheets were dirty, the walls in the shower were dirty, the water did not get hot, and the tv in the bedroom did not work. I asked the be on the 4th floor due to being a light sleeper, but was put on the third.

Disliked: door to my room would not open. Staff could not get general management or maintenance to respond. took about an hour to finally get the door open so I could gather my belongings and move to another room. The second room was nice but the ironing board was broken and the coffee maker did not work.

Liked: The location was really convenient. Property itself was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: If there was anything not to like about the property, it could have been the rumblings that the elevator made.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The staff was not mean, but they also were not very friendly. There was no greeting or welcome to the hotel. They were just kind of stare at you until you said something. The common areas were also extremely hot. When you come in from the hot outside, you don’t wanna come into a hot lobby or an extremely hot elevator. Also, the air conditioning in our room the cord kept falling out of the wall and you could also tell it had called on fire at one point because the electrical outlet was burned, so I’m not sure how safe it was.Also, one of the main reasons that we stay at the Holiday Inn Inn express is for the breakfast and the waffles for my kids and their machine was not working .
