Liked: They told me i couldnt have late checkout bc i booked on booking.com, thats what she told me, every else gets to. i was one hour late they charged me 102.50 for a night.

Apathetic staff trained in platitudes...

Disliked: The staff and their attitude like they were repeating rote platitudes for the 100thtime. BROKEN PHONE—NO DIAL TONE. Is that legal, HI policy allows that! In an Emergency what do they expect—-better hope u have a charged cell close to the bed and you GUESSED room had NO PHONE service. Maid pounding on door, with Not yet ready tag on it, 3 separate times and returning despite my yelling I was in the bathroom. Mold on tub corner, up the wall, ick floating in tub with me (told mgr I put a sample for her in a cup on counter—no reaction), scum on tub wall. Clerk gave me the “I’m sure your next stay will be better” line! Are you kidding?! Not here! I WAS a IHG member, never again. Lafayette Hilton is waaay cleaner but best PHONES WORK.

Very polite and respectful staff...

Liked: Very clean staff was excellent especially Mr. Colleen, he was such a gentleman on the phone and once I got there he was the same person who greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and attitude.
Disliked: Bed was very squeaky that was the only problem I had
