Disliked: Over bearing and RUDE woman at the front desk, she stood there, arms crossed at the window to the pool. Then she came in the pool and was just plain mean. My 4 grandchildren were in the pool, plus 3 or 4 other kids. We werethere for probably 30 minutes. I have no idea how long the other kids were there.When we went back down for a swim, the pool was locked. When I asked Alyssa at the front desk, she told me that she closed it because the children who were smashing and occasionally jumping in the pool emptied it so far that she had to close. The whole reason that we booked the room was so our grandchildren could play in the pool.We returned to the room and picked up our pick up our bags and left. We didn't stay.The person that you have working at the front desk should never be in a position where she interfaces with customers. In the " Hospitality Industry "!
