I would definitely stay there...

Liked: Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: The only complaint was Saturday morning, game day, the shower water never got hot. There was a lot of people there for the Vols game.

I wil stay elsewhere when...

Liked: Great location. Clean sheets and towels. Room needs attention. Lamp did not work. Paint chips. Rust on bathtub. Hooks on bath door which cause scratches on arms. Air on vent hood in room rather than thermostat on the wall. They should alert you on check/in. When I came in from dinner, there were about 6 people at the front. Appeared to be friends of staff. This hotel needs work and staff needs lesson in professionalism. I found it to be ridiculous given I was charged $200 a night.
Disliked: Location. Clean sheets and towels.
