I stay here quite often...

Liked: Location was great, we did not get to have breakfast because it was already closed. I believe you should leave it open till 1030 room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: TV was hard to operate. Couldn’t get any information and had no Guide

Great hotel with several good...

Liked: Location, professional friendly staff and decent breakfast made it a great place to stay.
Disliked: The mattress was very firm more than we are used to or like. It made us stiff by morning.

Very comfy, wonderful stay.

Liked: Staff was kind! Beds were so comfortable. The size of the room was wonderful and the assistance with things we needed was everything!
Disliked: Just a little dark when we came in late in the back/side area!

The stay was OK but...

Liked: The breakfast was adequate. I don't eat a big breakfast when I'm on the road , so it was OK .
Disliked: The booking experience was absolutely painful and costly. Having to book thru a third party rather than directly at the facility was very bad. When we called the booking agent to confirm our reservation, we were told there was no reservation for us. When we got to the hotel we were charged for two rooms. The desk person said she was unable to delete the second room, so we had to pay for two rooms when we only use one. We tried to call the booking number but was left on hold listening to elevator music twice for over an hour both tines. I'll never book thru this booking agent/company again.
