Liked: Location was convenient. The pool and facilities were good. Staff were great.
Disliked: The beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Pillows were low quality. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable not the quality you would usually receive at a Holiday Inn. The bedding on one of the beds in my room didn’t smell clean, it smelled of perfume, almost as if the bedding wasn’t changed.

Liked: The pool was very nice. The rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I wrongly assumed that a hotel which was called "central" would be centrally located but it is 15 minutes from downtown, by the highway! Furthermore, I was also shocked to be charged for parking in a hotel by the highway!!!

Liked: The sheets were were beautiful,breakfast was very good ,love the size of the room,love there is no carpet because I have allergies.
Disliked: Should not have to pay for parking,the price of the room should cover that ,also when we came back around 10 there was no place to park,should get my 6 dollars back,we were so worried that our car might get towed away in the night

Excellent place for the voyageurs

Liked: This Holiday Inn is a very good hotel. The staff is first rate, super helpful and smiling. The rooms are, large and comfortable. The hotel is very clean, quiet and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom well lit and with plenty of hot water. All in all a great place to stay during a trip.
Disliked: There is nothing to not like, it is an excellent hotel, very well located for a stopover during trips. The visitors who wish to spend a few days to visit Kingston should now that the hotel is abut 5 km from downtown - along a busy street. There is, however, a city bus stop right in front of the hotel.
