Very spacious & comfy room!

Liked: The room was very comfortable, and I appreciated how spacious it felt, with a nice kitchen area. Felt like an upgrade compared to many other hotel rooms in which I've stayed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and even as a vegetarian, there were ample choices to suit my appetite.
Disliked: I like to use the stairs instead of the elevator, and they were a little messy. Also, the location was less than ideal for me as a walker. This hotel is in an industrial area with 6-lane traffic and few sidewalks.

Liked: The kids enjoyed the pool. The lobby was nice. The rooms and beds were nice. Bedding was comfortable, pillows were awesome!
Disliked: The shower curtain was worn and dirty. The shower didn't seem as clean as it could have been. The adjacent room to us smelled of cigarette smoke thru the connecting door.

Outstanding!

Liked: Perfect! Clean, very friendly staff, new build that is very well maintained and a great value!
Disliked: Nothing. Best place to stay on Kingsport
