Would have been great.
Liked: The hotel provided everything advertised and was a good value overall. My ratings would have been a lot higher except for an incident at the pool!
Disliked: You all had a pervert staying at the property or at least he was posing as a guest. While they were in the pool my daughter and her friends were recorded from the gym by a pervert. As soon as they saw him they got out and went up to the room to tell my wife. There was another parent that witnessed the incident and reported it to the desk. No one ever saw any police presence or actions by the staff after that. Now I know that you can't control actions from all the sick people that might book at your hotel, maybe you can at least review your security footage and bar this fool from your business. For HIS safety of course!

We enjoyed our stay and...
Liked: Awesome we enjoyed the kids were so excited. There was so much food to pick from. We definitely will tell others.
Disliked: I loved the cleanliness. Also the staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious.

AWFUL, the people were loud...
Liked: First let's start with booking.com, I choose a king bed, and by the time I got the confirmation, it was a standard bed with the opportunity to upgrade. That is classic bait & switch, I will not be using you all again. They had people staying at the hotel that had recently been advised due to the living conditions at their apartment complex they had several days to move, and guess what? Holiday Inn Express was one of the hotels assisting people and we were not advised of this when making reservations. We had the SAME issue with booking.com in December 2021 at a hotel in the Country Club Plaza that had homeless people living there. There were roaches and mice everywhere, and we left and were suppose to get our money back, but guess who didn't reimburse us??? So no I will not use your service again.
Disliked: booking.com and Holiday Inn Express.

Disliked: The Spanish staff were 10/10. The Indian man working overnight who refused to give my kids extra towels so we could have 1 for the pool and 1 for the shower in our room - 0/10. The ladies working the breakfast room were also exceptional.
