Liked: the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, hot cooked food. the location was good. staff at check in was nice. parking is good and seems safe
Disliked: not worth the price and the beds were not very good, the A/C had a high pitched noise that kept us up all night and then it would shut off and start every 50 seconds. when I went to check out there was no one to be found. if you have the unfortunate chance to stay next to someone yelling on the phone you will hear it like you are in the same room

Disliked: Our payments were not correct. I booked through Booking.com - 2 rooms where you pay at property. My card was charged for both rooms before we even checked in even though the other party used their card thinking they were paying for their room as they were told was happening. Their card was charged $100 and mine was charged for both rooms. Have used Booking.com numerous times, even at another Holiday Inn Express and have never had this issue. It took multiple phone calls and us two parties to get it straightened out. Not a pleasant experience at all.
