Disliked: After a evening working, upon return I wanted a cup of coffee from the coffee bar in the lobby. All coffee makers were empty and what was in them was cold. I asked the front desk to make more, and they did quickly however, there were grounds in the coffee. disappointed and went to bed

Liked: $20 added to bill to be refunded in 3-5 days. Stay was November 14th and still no refund. Called twice with no help. TV did not work properly. Breakfast area had trash all around area where food was located.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The staff here is terrible, and seems like they barely receive any training. They don’t seem to care about the check-in process at all. It’s clear that they’re not trained in any way to provide customer service. This is very disappointing.
