Comfortable stay

Liked: We could check in early, room was comfortable, clean and spacious.
Disliked: Staff at reception was not friendly. Very abrupt, no smiles, not welcoming. Looks like she’s didn’t want to be there.Public areas need some cleaning, floor not clean/ vacuumed and dirty lounge/ armchairs at reception area.

Liked: Front desk staff Sai was very helpful in arranging a shuttle from the airport even though it was late at night.
Disliked: Shuttle is not available between 11:30 PM and 3:30 AM. Our flight was delayed so we had lot of anxiety about reaching, especially since we were traveling with a child and the car seat was in checked luggage between flights. The centralized heating/cooling system made a lot of noise at night.

Liked: The shuttle ride to the airport.
Disliked: Staff upon arrival seemed aloof and uninterested in providing assistance. They responded to my questions out of necessity. The morning Staff was better but they still neeed to improve customer service. The shuttle ,driver needs to improve his customer skills as well and refrain from taking personal calls while driving.

Liked: Shuttle service very accommodating.
Disliked: The shower was a death trap! The non-skid had worn off the floor of the bathtub and the only grab bar was hanging on by a thread! Scarey!There is no Resturant at this hotel, and the only ones near are in other hotels. Fortunately the shuttle was able to get us back and forth since we could walk it in sub zero weather!
