Our transit evening in this...

Liked: We didn’t have to wait long for the airport shuttle and we were at the hotel in no time. The reception staff were efficient, it is a busy hotel so they are worked hard and the breakfast buffet was great! Loved the pancake making machine. We booked the shuttle back and it all worked really well for a transit visit we were not that keen on doing.
Disliked: Its decor is a little tired but that wouldn’t stop us from returning.

Liked: The room was outstanding. The desk guy was just the nicest! The location was perfect and so was the airport shuttle. Breakfast was also good.
Disliked: Sound proofing left a little to be desired but was not a big deal.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and professional. They made us breakfast bags for an early start, and helped us rebook a room, an upgraded one. They arranged a shuttle a few short minutes before closing time at 23h30, very helpful.
Disliked: We used bookings.com and we did not have a good experience with the platform. The credit card was declined, then based on that our reservation was cancelled a few hours before we got there. This happened while we were on the plane, unaware of it. We showed up to reception without a valid reservation. Fortunately, staff hooked us up with the last available room. The credit card worked just fine. This is the 3rd time we have this exact type of problem using bookings.com, and we'll stop using this crappy platform. Thanks for the great work and saving the day!

Liked: I have been here before and the staff is nice and always accommodating. Very friendly and supportive of your needs for a successful stay

Good option close to the...

Liked: Clean, spacious studio room. Guest laundry useful. Breakfast options suited us as both hot and cold. Able to book shuttle, and it arrived on time.
Disliked: Staff greeting us were unfriendly, unhelpful and obviously stressed, understaffed. We walked to reception later to ask for more coffee but nobody appeared after a few minutes and the phone just kept on ringing. If lack of greeting doesn't bother you, everything else was really good!
