Staff was great!! Hotel itself...

Liked: I stayed in room 157. It had a horrible smell. I would have asked for a different room but was exhausted after a day of travel. The next day I could still smell that smell on my jacket hours after check out.

Disliked: Serving some time of dinner would have been nice but okay not to have that option and inside uber eats I felt safe

Disliked: The grunt desk lady was extremely rude to my husband the room was already payed for so all that was left to do was for my husband to check in. But when he got to the front desk he was very rudely told that he could not check in because he need the card that was put on the reservation. But in this case he did not need that because I had already paid for it but the very rude lady not ask him if it was already prepaid and assumed that it was in pay yet. My husband had to wait out in his car as I calf and try to find out what was wrong because I was going to be stuck at work until till 10:30pm. It just turns out that the lady was to inpatient to even ask my husband a simple question the. After that I did not get the room that I payed for I payed for a king room because me and my husband prefer a bigger bed but ended up getting a room with two very small beds witch ended up in us having to sleep in separate beds. But at Check Out the man that help us was very nice nothing coppered to the lady that checked us in
