The whole stay was wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and very nice.

Liked: Location was convenient for our trip. The front desk and kitchen representatives were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room we were in the toilet didn’t flush, the tub drain was slow, some outlets didn’t work. The layout was odd. When the sofa bed was being used, the front door was blocked. Because it was late and the bathroom wasn’t usable, we were moved to another room. Not much better but the toilet worked. The exhaust fan did not work and you could hear the water running through the walls when neighbors were using the bathroom. Also the refrigerator did not work.

Disliked: none of the outlets worked next to my bed so I couldn't charge my devices. The curtains didn't fully operate so I couldn't block the light from the billboard right outside my window. The sink and shower stopper had mold on them and were sitting on the edge of the sink and shower, not being used.
