Had a great stay. Tried to upgrade because of a few extra folks but nothing available. In the meantime, our ride dumped us in Indy - we were lucky to find a way home the next day. The management and staff were above and beyond to make us comfy while we tried to figure out how to get back to Linton. I would definitely stay again, but I'll drive myself (hahaha)!

Liked: The room was very clean and very comfortable. Tthe pool and hot tub were looked forward to and the breakfast buffet was awesome!

This hotel was under complete renovation when we arrived. I was very disappointed to find out that I paid over $100 for one night and a walk in guest in front of me during check in paid $49!

Liked: Shuttle service to 8 Second Saloon.
Disliked: Did not relay information about renovations.

The floors in our room had not been mopped, you could really tell right around the toilet! Yuck! The comforter on our bed was stained and very noticeable. The elevator was, "the slowest elevator in Indy", as the hotel staff put it. The staff were very friendly though.

I would stay again.

Liked: Breakfast was better than other places. Pancake machine that made them for you. Bacon was amazing. Was able to play music without any complaints.
Disliked: No jacuzzi tubs on property although website booking said the king suite would have one.

Liked: WiFi didn’t work, they gave me the wrong room, told me wrong checkin time online staff was ok but the information chain sucks
Disliked: Information online to match what’s the staff knows to be policy

Liked: When I booked the room, it said it had a hot tub. There was no hot tub.. The hotel said it' haven't been a hot tub There in over a year or more. They said booking.com was selling false advertisements. And that I should call them to get my money back. I ended up staying but it wasn't what They said I was getting. The room was nice
Disliked: Not having a hot tub in my room. That I booked 4? I Was expecting that.

Liked: Front desk was amazing breakfast was great cleanness was so good. I love it there would definitely stay again.
Disliked: I thought the kiddie pool was a hot tub. Was bummed abt that.

Liked: The staff were fantastic (except for the breakfast person)! They were extremely nice and kind, especially Rachel.
Disliked: The bathroom facilities were not in the best shape. They appear to be old and falling apart in some areas. The breakfast was fine, but we got there at 9:10am (closing was 9:30am) and they were already out of oatmeal. They were also out of hot water for tea and when I asked if it could be refilled, she said she was too busy. We were there for about 15 minutes and it was never refilled.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Room and bed were nice. Everything looked clean.
Disliked: When I arrived I told the woman at the front desk that I received an email approving my early check in. She immediately said she never approved that (with a rude tone). As I'm trying to show her the email she's not even acknowledging it and scoffs at me saying that's booking.com, not us. I asked why would booking.com be telling customers this if not approved by the hotel. She just repeated that she didn't approve it and they never sent an email saying so. I didn't even want to argue. I just said we wouldn't have came into town as early if we knew we couldn't check in early. We arrived later in the evening and checked in with a different person. I was happy to not have to deal with that first person again.
