Liked: Service was great; staff were very friendly and always willing to help with a smile; our room was clean and a nice size. Looking forward to staying there next time.

Staff was very nice and helpful with our visit to the area. The fire alarm did go out twice during our stay but they had crews working on their water lines. There was a faint odor that we can't place. I think it might have been from the industrial facilities behind the hotel. Breakfast was great :)

Liked: I liked that it was close to the convention center and stadium. I liked that they had on site parking. I liked that it was in walking distance of restaurants and shopping, and the zoo was just a very short drive away. Everything with the hotel looked well maintained and clean. The staff were all very polite, helpful and welcoming.

Convenient for the stadium but...

Liked: Convenience and cleanliness. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, as well.
Disliked: Street noise in our room was very loud. The windows were not insulated and the traffic in that area is pretty much constant all night so we did not sleep really soundly.
