On a scale of one-ten...

Liked: The staff were superb. A million thanks to Mr Alex. He went out of his way to make our stayed more enjoyable. He was the to go person. We enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool.
Disliked: It needs a little TLC. Not much.

Good

Liked: Breakfast service and food, comfortable beds
Disliked: Entry door not safe. Loud room, can hear other people in other rooms and hall way.

Disliked: This is the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel, not to mention expensive for crap.. we were charged $223 at check in when the room was $179 and when we left were charged an extra $29… I called after to ask and noone could tell me why. We left the room clean and in better shape then we were got there. This place is not worth the money for sure. I booked the room for two queens, only to arrive and have one king.. had to use the pull out couch which was fine but was gross. All kinds of old food on the mattress. I tried to call down stairs to request bedding for the couch but the phone doesn’t work. I had two small children with me that I had to take down stairs after traveling all day. The hot tub was out of order, the juice machine at breakfast was out of order… no water at breakfast either.. the bathroom was gross as well. The pool also blistered both little girls feet so I suggest swim shoes for the pool.. or I suggest booking a different hotel all together, they share a parking lot with Hampton inn, people should most definitely go there.

Liked: Staff was great… especially the breakfast team. Room was spacious. Cookies each evening were awesome.
Disliked: We were very bummed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working because that’s one reason we chose to stay here. My husband was also very disappointed that the dumbbells in the fitness center only had one of the pair in a few of the higher weights because that had also been an important factor in our decision… so he could at least minimally maintain his workouts on our trip.

Bad

Liked: The place is a disaster. I asked to get my money back and they never responded m. Infuriating
Disliked: It was dirty, moldy, smelled bad. Disgusting

This is about the best...

Liked: It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had a good complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: Noise from other guests. Elevator was not working during my entire stay.
