It was miserable.

Liked: It was clean and a nice place staff was nice
Disliked: The ac didn’t work in the room they couldn’t switch rooms to accommodate us

Disappointing

Liked: It was close to my event location.
Disliked: #1. I made my reservation more than 2 weeks in advance, 2 rooms with double beds and they did not honor my reservation, they gave me 2 rooms with 1 bed and there were 7 members in my family.#2. The lock on my room didn't work. I came back from my event at 1:00am and couldn't get in. I had to wait 40 minutes until they opened the door and the kids were tired and sleepy. (Bad service for not checking the battery on the lock.)#3. La empleada de limpieza (casera) estaba haciendo ruido en el pasillo desde las 8:30…
