The bedding was exceptional; the pillows were firm; very good stay. Never ran out of hot water - took a long shower after the concert. I really like the proximity of the hotel to all of the entertainment venues and to the many restaurants and bars. The Leland House Bistro was very tasty.

Disliked: I struggled a couple of times to get my card key to unlock my door. At one point I had to go down and have them redo my key.

The location is fine for downtown and the indoor pool and jacuzzi in the winter is great for kids and adults. Rooms are large and nice - a little run down.

Liked: The indoor pool and jacuzzi, but it was forever checking in even though the staff was really nice.
Disliked: Just couldn't check in on time.

Disliked: was looking forward to the pool and the water wasn't exactly clear, got in anyways and had a horrible reaction and almost had to go to hospital....room service came in and made the bed and put 2 new towles, but didn't throw any trash away....

Disliked: Portico blocked for construction. Parking lot litter....looked like a dump
