A good quality for the...

Liked: The hotel was clean and well-maintained and the breakfast and extra touches of hospitality were appreciated and noticed. The room was also very clean and cared for.
Disliked: The room was "damp" feeling for some reason and the toilet handle got stuck sometimes. Not a big deal but noticeable.

very disappointed

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The toilet water was brown for most of our stay. The water from the sink was brown and the sink did not drain properly. The window shade had stains on it. Makes for a less than ideal stay- My wife was very upset.Would hope IHG will refund the cost of this stay

Superb

Liked: Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, and very quiet.
Disliked: Light pole outside was very bright and shined into the room all night. A shade under the main shade may have helped
