Very good

Liked: Always very clean, nicely updated and modern. The staff is very nice.
Disliked: We didn’t have any hot water on our room. Nobody wants to take a cold shower

Frustrating check-in.

Liked: Excellent bed.
Disliked: Had an issue checking in. Hotel claimed Booking.com hadn’t paid them so refused to allow me to check-in. Suggested I pay for a room and then get a refund from Booking. I spent 45 minutes on hold to finally speak to a Booking representative. The issue was resolved quickly after he called the hotel directly. Not sure that I want to deal with Booking or this hotel again.

Liked: The beds are super comfortable. Everything is updated nicely.
Disliked: There was no hot water in our room. I don’t think the house keepers cleaned the shower. There were still hairs on the floor and wall in the shower.
