Liked: The cleanliness and upkeep of the room was not acceptable. I have photos if you’d like to see. His dust on the lamp, shades, crack tile in the bathroom and mold in the bathroom floor.

Disliked: They were only running one elevator which made wait time pretty long.

Disliked: The lady working the breakfast room or kitchen was very unfriendly. Appeared that she did not like her job at all. The juice machine did not work, they ran out of bottle water made no effort to accommodate the issues.

Liked: Breakfast was very good and always fresh. The staff did a great job of keeping things filled.
Disliked: Our room was across from a storage room and it could get pretty noisy. It was only during the day and didn't interfere with sleep.
