Liked: facilities and room were new and nice - no real problems there
Disliked: when we checked in no one indicated there were any problems ...- when we got up the next morning to take a shower we found NO hot water - we were later told at the desk they were "having problems" with the hot water heater(s) - I took an uncomfortable cold shower but my spouse could not stand the cold water - Breakfast was closed when we went down - we went down 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time

Liked: Friendly staff, convenient location surrounded by restaurants, Walmart near by.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they didn’t accept cash. I wasn’t informed prior to my arrival.Bathroom toilet water kept running after every flush. jiggled handle to stop it, only stopped after so many minutes. Very irritating! Also toilet looked dirty from water stains. I called front desk requesting someone to come clean it and mop the floor. Nobody came! There was some foreign continued sound (reminded me of howling wind) coming inside the room that kept me awake. Turned tv up to tune out the sound. I can only sleep with quietness. So I had a restless night.
