Liked: Staff were amazing. The main decor was great and clean.
Disliked: The bed was horrible. It didn’t smell clean; sheets vs the mattress, either way there was a foul odor coming from the bed.

Liked: Location was incredibly convenient to downtown. We chose this property due to the great cancellation policy along with proximity to downtown. The check in staff were incredibly friendly as well as the breakfast staff. Everyone we met was amazing. Breakfast was simple but varied and the coffee was fresh. They had fresh fruit as well. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Only medium heat water was available in the morning but in the afternoon the shower was hot. It was a festival weekend and I imagine rooms were sold out. Water was not cold so it wasn’t a *real* issue.

Bad

Disliked: We did not stay . The reviews and the hotel stated that it had safe and secure parking. This is not the case. There were homeless in parking lot and it was not secure and open to anyone . We did not feel safe leaving our car there so we left. the staff was not accommodating at all! I booked thru booking and although booking said they would agree to refund my money since I was booking a different hotel , the hotel would not release our deposit so we where charged full payment .
