Mother Nature....who knew?!

Liked: My room & the cleanliness & the staff was polite!
Disliked: Kids running around, laughing & playing in hallway, and being charged an extra $65 for mother nature starting in my sleep, staining sheets & towel after I take a shower, when I read a $50 damage deposit covers room fee, so where is my $15 at?! Next time, I'll just bring my own sheets....

Liked: The staff were great! Helped us with our check in after booking messed it up. The room was clean and beds were comfy
Disliked: Construction on road coming in made it difficult to come and go

Soft beds but horrible staff

Liked: The staff was very friendly that cooked the food for the free breakfast. And the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The front and staff was absolutely horrible and rude. Our door would not latch and they didn’t fix it so our room was open all day while we were gone and our room heavily smelled of marijuana and they wanted to downgrade us to a double bed room, even though I paid for a king suite. When I refuse that and asked for a refund, they said no because they were getting us accommodations Even though they weren’t close to what we paid. The manager offered a $50 discount which wasn’t even a third of what we paid.
