Liked: Remote control didn't always work for TV.

Disappointing

Disliked: They advertise a pool being open , yet they don’t informed us the heat was out until after we checked in even after i had specifically called and asked about the pool. Our room was dirty ,and we had no hot water to shower . A repair man was sent up to fix the water when we were already in bed . He was working in the bathroom while my kids and i were in our pjs trying to sleep for a very early morning. It was overall a very stressful not at all the relaxing stay i had hoped and planned for.

Would definitely stay at this...

Liked: Very friendly and accommodating staff ant front desk. Rooms and main areas were very clean. Good Breakfast menu and good coffee!!
Disliked: Some areas appeared a little dated however well kept and clean.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent
Disliked: I was charged twice for my stay. The first room that I was given hadn't been cleaned.

Awesome!

Liked: The location is in a great area and near everything. The breakfast is good as usual. My husband, granddaughter and myself really enjoyed the Tuesday happy hour and the food was so delicious. Please keep the Tuesday Happy hour going,
Disliked: Only thing I can say if if you have 4 people to a room, the towels in the room should be accomadating for 4 people and not 2, Example we only had 2 large towels, 2 face towels and 3 medium towels. I believe there should have been 4 large towels, 4 face towels and 4 medium towels.Other than that we love staying there and we will continue to stay there everytime we come to Goldsboro NC.
