Liked: We didn’t stay there and are disputing the charges. We were given the impression we could take dogs. They wouldn’t let us have our dogs. We are asking our credit card to refund our money.

Liked: My reservation was canceled 2-3 hours before my arrival. The hotel also charged my card over $40 more than the confirmation from Booking. I was told i would be refunded in 4-5 days.
Disliked: Management and staff- since they cancelled my stay shortly before my arrival as they said i was a local. I live 35 miles away. I was booking a room for special treat for my grandkids so parents could have a night out and at home without the kids.

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Omelette had american "cheese" in it. Sausage was inedible. had real yogurt and cream cheese for the bagels.
Disliked: Please use real meat and cheese or don't bother

Great clean friendly

Liked: Very clean from the entrance to the room. All amenities were provided microwave, coffee, mini fridge and a nice desk for work. Staff was friendly and welcoming everywhere.
Disliked: The heater had an annoying buzz when it turned on. I managed to get it to stop. I didn't notify the office since I managed to stop the noise. Everything else was great

Liked: Neat and clean. Comfortable beds. Good TV.
Disliked: Delayed check in, room not ready. Took a downgraded room because suites weren’t clean but ended up paying Suite price anyway.
