Great location but not happy...

Liked: Breakfast was fine, nothing special.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the pool was so cold we could not enjoy swimming.

It was okay

Liked: It was big and had a lot of room.
Disliked: The carpet was not clean, and the room had a smell

Everything was good except for...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Taking a shower in the morning and then all of a sudden the water went off leaving me covered with soap all over.

No shower! Terrible value.

Liked: Staff was helpful at checkin. Quiet. Bed was comfortable but very high.
Disliked: Stopper broken on bathtub so could not take a bath in the evening. Waited to take a shower in the morning but no water pressure or hot water. Staff said to wait 15 minutes. No apology or discount given. Seems they were aware of this happening already. Furniture in suite was awful. Sofa dirty and tiny table by sofa looked like a child's playhouse furniture.Temp in room remained very humid all night.

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean rooms
Disliked: Every day went to breakfast there was no food. Got there at 830. The kitchen staff was horrible. I estimated about 20 people without. Then, when they got more food, theybiscuits were cold in the middle. She half heated them being in a hurry. Not the one in black uniform it was another on in light blue shirt. She has been out visiting and was there to check food.
