Liked: Got to the hotel around 4, room wasn’t ready, had to wait another 30 minutes. Room wasn’t very clean, like it was rushed on the preparation.

Liked: Property was clean, staff was friendly. Restaurants within walking distance. No complaints, great choice if you’re staying in gadsden.

Disappointing

Liked: Pool wasn't open. Had to wait in the lobby for help for over 10 minutes each time we went down. We were told no one would come in the room while we were there and when we left the first day someone came in and the joining door was unlocked. Had to threw all of our food away due to not knowing if they touched it or not. I told the staff if we needed anything we would come ask or call and asked not to be disbursed. Lost about 30 dollars in food. Toilet was loud! Fridge was loud. No vent fan in the bathroom.
