My daughter and I made a fast trip to Dallas to IKEA and The Container Store then drove to Fort Worth to the hotel. Parked the car and did not have to move it again until we headed home, thanks to the shuttle service. Went to the KIMBALL before checking out - thanks again to the shuttle. Until checking out I did not realize there was a daily $10.00 parking fee. But worth it when the shuttle service is there.

Disliked: Noisy bathroom light/fan combination. One bed too close to the wall - less than four inches from the wall where the thermostat is located.

Liked: They got us into our room way earlier than we expected. We had been up all night the night before and they got us in supper early to get some rest.
Disliked: The bathroom was in need of some updates. The water pressure in the shower was low. The breakfast was not real good. Could use some improvements

Liked: The only positive thing was the manager who welcomed everyone during breakfast and helped cleaning the tables
Disliked: Receptionist was rude, not a single smile; hotel was extremely dirty, noisy, we woke up in the middle of the night because someone was blasting TVOverall, terrible experience To not mention the rusty and moldy bathtub

Disliked: We paid for parking & there was no parking. Jacked up room prices since the stick show was in town. Terrible for what we paid. Couldn’t get towels or toilet paper without going down at night yourself

Not happy with stay at...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We feel very taken advantage of. We stay in Fort Worth once a year. We ended up paying almost $900 for two nights. Never heard of. This property is not in that price range in quality. This property is very outdated and we expected much more. We’ve stayed at holiday inn express before and had higher expectations. Our room was not comfortable and air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. Did t complain about things because we didn’t have time to do so in our stay due to time constraints. Our room was dirty and felt like it was not cleaned before we came in. Our bed had hair in it and as well as the tub. Not sure if we will ever stay at this property again.
