My daughter and I made a fast trip to Dallas to IKEA and The Container Store then drove to Fort Worth to the hotel. Parked the car and did not have to move it again until we headed home, thanks to the shuttle service. Went to the KIMBALL before checking out - thanks again to the shuttle. Until checking out I did not realize there was a daily $10.00 parking fee. But worth it when the shuttle service is there.

Liked: Shuttle service. Breakfast. Staff.
Disliked: Noisy bathroom light/fan combination. One bed too close to the wall - less than four inches from the wall where the thermostat is located.

Liked: The staff was so friendly. Each one of them had a smile on their face and was very welcoming. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen people loving there job and sharing their joy with others.
Disliked: The parking lot was flooded.

Liked: It was very close to the doctor’s office we had to be at the next day. The breakfast was amazing and especially the COFFEE was just MAGNIFICENT!!!
Disliked: We could hear some loud noise but that is normal everywhere.

Disliked: Rear parking lot does not seem safe. Gates that close at night (rear parking lot) would make me feel more comfortable and safe. This would keep non-guests from walking in and out the rear lot. Also, parking should be included as part of the stay so the parking fee of $24 a night is not a surprise.
