Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fort Worth Downtown, Fort Worth

My daughter and I made a fast trip to Dallas to IKEA and The Container Store then drove to Fort Worth to the hotel. Parked the car and did not have to move it again until we headed home, thanks to the shuttle service. Went to the KIMBALL before checking out - thanks again to the shuttle. Until checking out I did not realize there was a daily $10.00 parking fee. But worth it when the shuttle service is there.

Liked: Shuttle service. Breakfast. Staff.
Disliked: Noisy bathroom light/fan combination. One bed too close to the wall - less than four inches from the wall where the thermostat is located.

It was an overnight stay...

Liked: The location was great. The staff especially Emmnuel was absolutely great. Very friendly, thoughtful and considerate.
Disliked: The rooms were not very clean. One of three rooms I booked smelled like stagnant sewage. The AC in one of the rooms barely worked, and the fan was extremely loud as if a bearing was going out.The rooms were extremely small, not at all like they were pictured on Booking.com. It was very little or no water pressure in the showers. As well as the rooms were not very clean. A couple of the beds felt like they were going to collapse after you got into them because you sink down in the middle. Would not stay here again

Liked: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I was charged an extra $20 fee on arrival which I was not aware of.

Superb

Liked: Great breakfast, nice comfy beds and super friendly staff.
Disliked: The PowerPoints next to the bed don’t fit travel adapters

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was clean from the lobby to the room. Staff was extremely nice. Hillary was especially nice. The tv in our room was glitching she kept apologizing cause she couldn't get anyone til the morning. We told her not to worry since we were checking out in the morning. But overall great place. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking. But like I said overall fantastic place. Highly highly recommend.
