Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Our stay was disappointing. After arriving at FLL around midnight, we waited over an hour for the shuttle, despite repeated assurances that it was coming soon—frustrating, especially with kids.Our room was stuffy, with no ventilation, a damp smell, and an overall uncomfortable feel.

It wasn’t very good.

Disliked: I book a room with 2 queen beds, I requested a late arrival as we were driving from The Birmingham area. When we got there they only had 1 King bed, they gave away all the 2 bed rooms. There were 3 of us, it was late and we didn’t want to try and find another place. They offered to put a cot in the room, then we had to wait a long time for the cot to be delivered. They took $30.00 off our bill.

Liked: Calista, who picked us up at the airport, was amazing. She went over and beyond helping us. Great person on your team.

Liked: The breakfast had great options, but lacked seating.
Disliked: Need more seating for the breakfast. We were unable to sit

Too much money for an...

Liked: Hi, very poor service checking in. Waited 30 minutes to ck in. Line was long. 2 people at the desk but only 1 checking in. We were placed on the first floor. Very loud! Bathroom was dirty!
Disliked: Room and bathroom could have been cleaner. Checked in on a Friday. Maybe need more employees to check visitors in.

Would Def come back

Liked: Close to the airport, great heated pool, awesome breakfast.
Disliked: The ceiling in the bathroom was the only negative. Looked like there was previous water damage
