Location near cruise ship

Liked: The room is clean. Staffs are friendly.
Disliked: The free shuttle is terrible. We waited for nearly 2 hours to get the shuttle. Not a good free shuttle. Phone the shuttle many times before get the shuttle and wait and wait. It's faster to be pick up by the Uber.

Disliked: Sink was plugged and though we reported it, either nothing was done or it wasn't repaired.

Liked: No supervisor or manager on duty. Roaches in the room. Sent for breakfast before 9:30 am (closed time) there where no eggs and no sausages. Asked the kitchen assistant to please bring more and they refuse.Ask the front desk for help. NO HELP AT ALL. First time im giving a 1 star to a hotel

Would not stay here again

Liked: Location to the cruise port
Disliked: Smelled musky when we arrived, check in staff was not friendly, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom, the hallway and surrounding ding areas smelled like marijuana when we walked out the next morning. Breakfast bar was lacking
