Great stop between a cruise...

Liked: Room was larger and very clean. Bathroom was nice and bright. Breakfast was great, much better than most included breakfasts. Gym was quiet and clean. Overall very comfortable stay. Free shuttle to the airport, leaves 5 after the hour every hour.
Disliked: There are two Holiday Inn Expresses in the same area, I accidentally ended up at the wrong one first. So make sure to copy the address instead of just looking up "Holiday Inn Express".

Liked: great location for the Disney Cruise terminal. would stay again for this reason. it was literally right down the road./ clean room/ breakfast was included and fine.
Disliked: overall staff were not helpful when it came time to pay for the room./ traveling with 3 adults and all trying to split the cost up equally at the desk- they were not able to do correctly and we had a lot of issues with this - even after we left. it got paid but not the way we needed it to be on each persons debit card. / one staff member did try to help but still was not done correctly. elevators were super hot. we took the stairs up and down.
