Nice hotel with good staff and breakfast included. Kids running upstairs but only during the day.

Convenient location.

Liked: The hotel was in a great location with most anything we needed within a mile or two. The breakfast staff person was delightful.
Disliked: Our room was not made up by the end of the 2nd night. When I asked the next morning if our room was going to be made up because we needed towels, the desk staff walked away without saying anything. He returned with a pile of towels for me to take upstairs. I told him I just wanted to ensure that our room would be made up that day. Upon our return, we had fresh towels and the trash cans had been emptied, but that was it. I have never had that happen before. We were very disappointed.

Liked: It was close to our friends that we were visiting.Close to dining out.
Disliked: Felt the room could of been cleaner.They need to (detail) clean the room. Ottoman should of been cleaned.Coffee spill under desk should of been taken care of.Breakfast wasn't that great.Was happy to go to the Cracker Barral twice out of the 7 day stay.
