Nice hotel with good staff and breakfast included. Kids running upstairs but only during the day.

Disliked: A couple of the front desk staff were not friendly. Had the attitude of a person that really didn’t want to be there. I also had to go ask for an iron for our room. We had an ironing board but no iron. I was told by a staff member that they are getting rid of the irons in the rooms. This is NOT a good thing for travelers. I hope this isn’t true for all Holiday Inn Expresses.

Liked: Breakfast was generic and bland as most of our 9 days of travel were. The breakfasts were filling and a great way to start the day. We were in a great location.

Disliked: Whenever I asked housekeeping if they got to our room yet for cleaning and the girl told me yes!!went into our room all she had done was give us new towels that was it.
