Nice hotel with good staff and breakfast included. Kids running upstairs but only during the day.

Great hotel the staff was...

Liked: I loved everything about this property. Upon entry the lobby was decorated with a Christmas Tree with present underneath. If weren’t in the Christmas spirit before arriving, you definitely would have been before leaving. The front desk staff helped me with my daughter elf on the shelf. When I went to check in I asked the staff member to help me store my daughter’s elf so that she could see her when we she entered. The staff was all in and they helped me complete the mission. The excitement on my daughter’s face was priceless she said, mama my elf came I asked her to come and she came to our hotel. Thank you to the staff and your lovely hotel for keeping the Christmas spirit alive for all.

Disappointing

Liked: Found 3 roaches in the room. Room also not thoroughly cleaned. Refrigerator also not all the way clean. Blomde hair also stuck to walls and left behind in the bathroom on counters.
Disliked: Everything was horrible.
