Disliked: The cable didnt work in my room and they still didnt give me a discount. They didnt even offer me another room with the same size bed

Disliked: Faucet would not turn off in bathtub. Called the front desk and was told that maintenance would come. Waited about 30-45 minutes and went to the front desk. Was told that someone would be there soon and I was being moved to another room.
