Liked: Very clean and comfortable.

Overall it was an average hotel. We stayed one night after a concert. The bathroom door handle was broken and wouldnt lock and our room also smelled a bit like smoke. When we went to get breakfast in the morning, it was already gone and cleaned up before we even got a change to eat. The staff was friendly. Even though we were in a rougher part of town I still felt safe at our hotel.

A Mediocre Stay

Liked: The key cards deactivated every day, so we had to get them reactivated at the front desk multiple times. The last morning, there was no staff in the breakfast area. Lots of things were out of stock, and the food was undercooked.

Liked: The only bad thing was the coffee maker didn’t work and the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 11a when check out was at 11:30a

Liked: We didn't stay here- I mistakenly made the reservation at the wrong hotel and called this hotel and they fixed it. Beyond grateful for the help. My son wanted a pool for his birthday and they didn't have one. I couldn't afford to pay for 2 rooms. Just thank you so much

Liked: The location minutes from where we needed to be.
Disliked: Dirty, the rooms smelled like smoke, rooms weren’t ready beds weren’t made no clean towels at check in no ever brought us any had to go ask for them! And a member of our groups car was stolen.

Disliked: Everything!! Rooms were not ready when we arrived. Switched to another room which smelled heavily of smoke. Breakfast was very limited, they were out of everything. Also a very sketchy area, as we came as a team for the weekend and one of our team members cars were stolen right off the property! Also not very clean at all especially in the hallways.
