Liked: Bed was so comfy. firm enough and just can't discribed for me and my friend said that,too. Our daily life has tough enough to no relax body...made us day.
Disliked: Not sure that AC , heater?was feeling cold air, but probably adjust air temperature? Or just cold weather that day??? Next day , found out snow outside.

Liked: The front desk staff is pleasant and genuine. Can tell they would help if allowed.
Disliked: The breakfast staff was unpleasant, short when it came to communication, and eager to push people out even before 10 cut off. The breakfast described online when booking was not consistent with what was served. We requested no room service during our stay; their was no do not disturb sign provided, spoke directly with housekeeping on our floor, and they still entered the room. Moving our belongings around (even though it was nicely placed and off the floor) along with moving my prescriptions around. The pool alarm went off while we were attempting to swim, requiring the pool to have to be filled. The hot tub timer and jets would not work properly, and it was less warm than bathing water. In the hot tub water were two huge circle disc of chlorine with little chunks of another one across the bottom, no protection cover over them. A mom had to tell her son it was not good to handle it. His reply was it hurt my foot when I stepped on the pieces. We selected this specific hotel because the amenities described, even called to confirm the breakfast that was described would be available and the pool and hot tub were up and running as both were important factors when it came time to select where we would stay. When we talked to the hotel staff about it they said their hands were tied in giving any kind of refund because our reservation was through bookings.comWhen we reached out to bookings, they said the exact opposite. Leaving us out money that we had to pay to get breakfast elsewhere and an uncomfortable stay instead of the relaxing one we were going for.

Bad

Liked: The entire thing was a sham. They said that they allowed pets. No they don't in the rooms with the spa bath. To bad it's not even close to a spa bath. It's a bath tub small one at that. I feel completely taken advantage of. I know I was lied to on many different things. There was no where to keep my ice cream frozen it had to go in the trash. So much for a romantic time with my girlfriend. I am not the type to complain but people no to hear about this. Don't get ripped off by this place.
Disliked: I didn't like the nasty rash I got from the sheets. Not sure what they are using for laundry soap but my body looks like it went through chicken pox. I should have known this is Everett!!!!
