Liked: Great staff; great rooms; wonderful beds; overall awesome.
Disliked: Had some construction nearby but still not too bad for noise.

A basic but decent Holiday...

Liked: Good location next to Matt Court, reasonably clean, nice staff.
Disliked: A little worn.

Very comfortable place to rest.

Liked: This hotel was very close to the freeway which made the location perfect for us. This was a stopover for us. It's close to good restaurants and has a great breakfast. It was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our long trip.
Disliked: If they had a cafe or bar it would have been stellar. However, don't let that stop you from staying there.

Not bad enough to change...

Liked: The parking was good and not overcrowded
Disliked: The room was not as clean as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. The vent in the bathroom was disgusting with lint and hair. There was trash left behind the trashcan in the bathroom. The were areas that are clearly never wiped in the corners and the white duvet cover had dirt on it.

Nice spot just outside downtown...

Liked: Lots to like - there is a small pool and hot tub good for relaxing with the kids after a long day out. The hotel breakfast was surprisingly good, even for my partner, who is GF and sensitive to lots of other things. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and very friendly staff. Well-staffed, as well. The place was crawling with employees the morning we left.
Disliked: We had a small problem in our room with the toilet, which needed to be bolted down with more care. Shower stall could also have used a good scrub. These are simple maintenance issues, and we let the staff know about them on the way out. Otherwise great place to stay.

Poor Management & Event Planning

Liked: I liked it when we finally got to a clean room and we're able to rest.
Disliked: I asked for a 2:00 PM check in time and we didn't get it. We finally checked into a room, but when we arrived in that room, it was disgusting. See the photos.We went back down to the front desk & were given another room at 6:20 PM.
