Liked: The property was convenient for getting on and off the freeway.The staff that checked me in did not understand what I was saying about my cc nor did they try to. So as I returned with the correct card I see there was a declined charge because the clerk tried to run the card I was explaining would not go thru!! I don't know why service reps are always seemingly mad at customers. Find a job you love then... I'm just being a customer....

Never again.

Disliked: I was staying just one night. I had been driving all day and was really looking forward to a nice hot shower to relax from the drive. I let the water in the shower run at the hottest setting - and all I got was lukewarm water. I tried again in the morning to take a hot shower before hitting the road.....and again all I got was lukewarm water. I've stayed in nice places and in dumps and I've NEVER had one that didn't provide hot water. This should be supplied - no ands, ifs, or buts.

Liked: That it was convenient to the freeway and close to the hospital where my husband’s surgery was to be performed
Disliked: The lights of the parking lot shining in the windows all night. Please get some blackout curtains. I was also nervous to park in the parking lot not visible from the front desk

Disliked: Location: It is very close to the HWY and noisy. Pricey but in line with all other hotels with the same benefits.
