Overall good stay; very friendly staff that are extremely helpful. We met O'Neal from the Bahamas working there and he was truly a very happy and engaging man. Good place to stay just needs a little updating on the details. We would stay again though.

Mediocre

Liked: The location was great. It was near restaurants and not far from attractions.
Disliked: The smell of the hallways was musty. The curtains are white and can see light through them. They need to be darker because even closed it doesn’t make a difference. Was expecting our room to be cleaned while we were there and not just after we checked out. We didn’t put the do not disturb sign on the door. My daughter had an accident with her period and would have liked new bed sheets. We also had to go and ask for additional towels. Another guest was told they didn’t have any because they didn’t feel like washing them. The pool area was decent except for the hand rail comes out of the floor. Accident waiting to happen if someone pulls too hard. The breakfast was decent. Quite a bit of selection. It wasn’t the greatest tasting but for complementary breakfast it was what was expected. The rooms were clean upon arrival and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Enough room for 4 people with two bed. When going to the front desk a lot, more often than not there was a sign that said be right back and no staff was available. Unfortunately I don’t know if I would stay here again due to the price and the value of the services received.

Liked: Front desk staff and kitchen staff were excellent and friendly.
Disliked: Cleanliness was poor and had to wash our own towels with our own money and time because there weren't new or clean ones ever available.
